Responsibilities:
- Participate in the research, planning and implementation of platform campaigns. Assist the project PM in overall project progress management, the launch and implementation of field & platform resources, market tracking, etc., to promote the implementation of project operations.
- Engage in business planning and goal tracking. Through data analysis and research on merchants and creators, continuously gain insights into business operation performance to provide support for business decision - making.
- Take part in the design of campaign, communication with industries and merchants, and provide operational support for other major promotion segments.
- Support cross-team communication for key projects of the business line, and collaborate with multiple teams such as product, industry operation, and DA to promote implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, E-commerce, or related fields.;
- Proficient in communication and skilled at coordinating multiple collaborating parties.
- Sensitive to data and proficient in using Excel formulas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in E-commerce, consulting, or FMCG (Fast - Moving Consumer Goods)
