- Data-Driven Strategy & Structured Thinking: Turn ambiguous goals into clear hypotheses, metrics, and frameworks. Conduct cohort and funnel analysis, ROI modeling, and performance tracking to optimize results.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Design and run A/B tests, iterate campaign mechanics, and continuously improve efficiency and revenue contribution.
- Campaign Craftsmanship: Lead end-to-end campaign design and execution, including mechanics, rewards, communications, and GTM. Build and manage signature IP campaigns that differentiate our brand.
- Cross-Market Scaling: Develop playbooks to capture best practices and replicate successful campaigns across multiple EU markets with measurable impact.
- Partnership & IP Collaboration: Collaborate with external brands, creators, and partners to co-design campaigns and IP activations.
- Communication & Stakeholder Alignment:Drive alignment across product, operations, data, and local market teams. Ensure clarity and impact in both written and verbal communication.
- Ownership & Delivery: Prioritize effectively, move with pace, and maintain a high quality bar while delivering under time pressure
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree
- Strong knowledge of the Dutch digital/media ecosystem; broader EU market experience a plus.
- Proven success in designing and scaling campaigns across multiple markets.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort/funnel analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners and co-develop IP campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills; able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
