What will I be doing?

• Demand Forecasting and Allocation in Large-Scale Operations: Deeply understand the changing demands in the content safety field, accurately forecast based on business data and market trends, and ensure data-driven and efficient resource allocation.
• Resource Allocation Principles and Analytical Reports: Propose scientific resource allocation principles under the premise of business growth and cost control, write detailed analytical reports, and provide data support and decision-making basis.
• Team Guidance and Planning: Guide other analysts in the team to develop optimal resource planning based on different business scenarios, ensuring effective implementation of various business strategies.
• Alignment of Business Goals and Strategies: Maintain close communication with regional and business line leaders to ensure consistency in business goals and strategies, and promote the implementation of resource allocation plans.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in related/similar capability.
• Proven experience in large scale platform / system / tools design and/or implementation or similar capacity, experience with internal platform preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven experience in data analysis capabilities along with strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Strong understanding capacity planning and forecasting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations clearly in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Proven experience in a content safety, supply chain management, or financial sector is an advantage.
