What You Will Do

• Lead a high-performing team of strategy and analytics associates to deliver NA-level initiatives, including strategic planning, reporting, analytics and data foundations, and high-value special projects
• Partner with senior sales and product leaders to shape strategic direction for the NA business.
• Align business and team priorities with company objectives to influence decision-making across NA and global stakeholders.
• Identify revenue opportunities through quantitative/qualitative analysis, translate insights into actionable go-to-market strategies, and lead cross-functional programs to track progress and measure impact.
• Build KPIs, reports, and dashboards to drive sales intelligence and business visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Global MSO and key partners (Sales, Product, etc.).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations, consulting, or finance in fast-paced environments, with a proven track record of managing high performing teams.
• Ability to use data to craft compelling narratives that influence organizational decision-making at all levels.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, with a focus on independent execution.
• Adaptability to ambiguous, rapidly changing work environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Experience in data visualization tools, BI platforms, or SQL
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma), and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook)

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159000 - $288000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
