- Discovery and analysis of clients' needs and challenges
- Proposal of optimal advertisement solutions using in-house apps
- Development of new clients and management of existing clients in the Japanese market
- Communication with other departments in order to discover and solve problems in existing operations
- Planing and execution of sales strategies by industry and product
- Accumulation of knowledge and feedback to internal marketing, product and operation departments
- Execution and support of various projects, such as: package proposal/sales promotion PJ, product sales promotion PJ, operation improvement PJ, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales towards large local Enterprises
- Sales experience in major digital companies (Advertising / Software)
- Team-worker who can collaborate well with other functions globally
- Business level English proficiency due to cross functional meetings with other regions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales Experience towards apps and other digital products and services
- Mentor and coach the team members to ensure they can perform their sales activities smoothly
- Be responsible for the team members' long-term career success at TikTok
