Success in this position requires a great focus on client service, ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique suite of ad products.
The CSM will play a key role in driving our clients' incremental growth by
supporting product solution, vertical solution, and client relationship, together with sales team, agency team and other xfn teams;
-proactively managing top clients and building vertical light house cases;
-deepdiving vertical trends, by understanding users, markets with data insights.
This position is responsible for helping our Apps clients leverage TikTok to achieve their business and marketing goals, in 1 or more industries like gaming, comics, O2O, finance, dating, edu etc.
- Manage complex advertising solutions and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue for 3 different vertical clients (Gaming, Media&entertainment, Emerging)
- Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
- Create best practices through campaigns and share the content internally and externally to elevate the bar of success of TT campaigns.
- Drive product innovation based upon client needs.
- Spearhead client education on products to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies
- Outline and oversee all measurement strategies for clients in relation to tracking metrics and delivering results
- Build and leverage strong cross-functional collaboration to support clients' needs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of experience of digital marketing in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and work with self-motivation
- Fluent in both Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing, preferably app marekting
- Experience in account management
- Sales oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing clients
- Experience in managing self-serve digital advertising media as well as 3rd-party tracking tools like GA and MMP
