Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of account managers/execs to deliver results against set goals.
- Support the team to grow relationships with UK clients of all sizes.
- Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok's auction platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real time analysis.
- Educate the team on how to analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights.
- Investigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign and improve our advertising offerings.
- Coordinate with product, marketing science and R&D teams etc. internally to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution.
- Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy.
- Support the team with regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
- Demonstrate deep analytical ability, and develop great expertise in TikTok's proprietary metrics, working to constantly evolve how we analyse and communicate data driven insights to our advertisers.
- Guide media, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators.
- Educate other teams on TikTok media offerings and keep them engaged by delivering learning sessions, writing training documentation and whitepapers for internal and external use.
- Develop and deliver key best practices for the vertical alongside case studies, product implementation knowledge and guides with the product team.
- Build scalable processes for our growing Account Management team.
- Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Management experience of a team
- Demonstrated experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing -
- Experience managing brand advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges across full funnel objectives
- Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly through the proper escalation processes
- Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess support campaign performance
- Experience in performance advertising in a role where you managed significant complexity and scaling challenges
- Knowledge and understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, MMP etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Biddable network experience a plus
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational and analytical skills
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT),
- Experience and deep understanding of the vertical
