Responsibilities
Client Strategy:
Expert in digital advertising and media platforms. Analyze industry data, market trends, and key advertisers to identify customer segment needs and advertising requirements. Develop short/long-term growth strategies to drive brand ad revenue.
Promote sales through solution proposals that lead to the success of clients' marketing challenges and promotions.
Engage in activities such as regular meetings and workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of the product,especially Tiktok shop related products.
Understand long-term business objectives/KPIs to align TikTok strategy and negotiate complex business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elevate the account management level and increase sales.
Product Solutions:
Deep understanding of product logic (brand marketing, influencer partnerships, performance advertising). Translate client goals into optimized/innovative strategies (ad formats, traffic , Package development) to boost campaign effectiveness, strengthen brand image, and solve business challenges.
Familiarize clients with the functionality and delivery logic of advertising products, and advocate for their optimal utilization to maximize advertising performance.
Accumulate and disseminate best practices for operational methods to improve the adoption rate of important features.
Understand TikTok's reservation products and services, coordinate with sales teams and direct contractors to ensure customer success and internal efficiency
Collaborate with business marketing in developing commercial packages that tailor to needs of sub verticals and clients
Product Optimization: Customer-centric cross-functional collaboration with product, measurement, sales (Client Partner), and client teams to drive iterative upgrades of commercial products and refine media advertising solutions.
