Responsibilities
Promote sales through solution proposals that lead to the success of clients' marketing challenges and promotions.
Familiarize clients with the functionality and delivery logic of advertising products, and advocate for their optimal utilization to maximize advertising performance.
Engage in activities such as regular meetings and workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of the platform and its' relevant products.
Accumulate and disseminate best practices for operational methods to improve the adoption rate of important features.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elevate the account management level and increase sales.
Provide constructive feedback to the product team regarding raw feedback on the functionality and logic of advertising products, to strengthen the product.
Understand long-term business objectives/KPIs to align TikTok strategy and negotiate complex business opportunities.
Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas to help clients measure the impact of marketing and adopt measurement solutions.
Campaign Development: Develop creative strategies that effectively communicate brand messages and achieve marketing objectives. Lead the ideation of campaigns or campaign themes to inspire clients into running TikTok campaign.
Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their business goals, brand identity, and target audience. Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
More than 5 years of digital marketing or advertising sales experience.
Have experience working with creators and/or creative production
Solid understanding of digital marketing and able to strategically approach advertisers and agencies
Proven experience managing large advertisements and campaign budget
Able to enjoy the rapidly changing environment
Team-worker who can collaborate well with other functions and other regions
Preferred Qualifications
Has experience of being a creator
Experience leveraging AI to develop video content
