Responsibilities:
- Lead lower-funnel media strategy, planning, and campaign execution to meet client business goals.
- Manage and grow post-sale advertiser relationships through consultative business reviews and collaboration with sales.
- Drive adoption of TikTok's auction platform and tools, offering technical support and real-time performance analysis.
- Support pre-sale efforts with research, pitch development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Educate internal and external stakeholders via training sessions, documentation, and whitepapers.
- Define and oversee measurement strategies, including advanced solutions like Conversion Lift Studies, to generate actionable insights.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations and platform feedback to product teams.
- Present insights and performance results in a clear, consultative manner to drive client success.
- Demonstrate deep analytical ability, and develop great expertise in TikTok's proprietary metrics, working to constantly evolve how we analyse and communicate data driven insights to our advertisers
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience of account management/performance experience in digital marketing
- Knowledge and understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMM, MTA, MMP, SKAN etc)
- Tangible experience executing on a biddable network
- Experience managing brand advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges across full funnel objectives
- Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Fluent in Finnish (market remit - Finland)

- Results oriented with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets essential, familiarity with visualisation tools
- Comfortable presenting complex analysis in a simple, easy to digest way to C-suite level stakeholders
