    Welcome to The Client Solutions team in Switzerland! Please note this role will be based in Zurich!
    Our mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct client's and agencie's challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding of TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change. You are joining a team of consultants, marketing and self service platform experts, who proactively drive the client's growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.

    In this role, you will be working closely with the Brand and Agency Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, a unique blend of technical and commercial knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities within an exiting client portfolio of brands in the Swiss market, cross-industries.
    • Analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings, maximise client's revenue and increase ROI and efficiency.
    • Lead and grow local & global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.
    • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients.
    • Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the Swiss market.
    • Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization.
    • Design compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, industry insights and 3rd party data.
    • Collaborate cross functionally to continuously improve TikTok's products, processes and client relationships.
    • Serve as a product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech.
    • Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media.
    • Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills.
    • Previous experience working across multi markets preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written English & German communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven work experience in the advertising industry. Strong knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
    • Knowledge of additional languages (Italian, French) would be useful for liaising with clients
    • Innovative Spirit: Self-starter and fast learner with a startup spirit, ready to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    • Experience with clients in the Swiss marketplace.
    • Background/experiences in performance campaigns.
    • Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
