TS, Douyin and GBS, consolidating insights across different categories and markets
- Act as a key liaison between GBS and cross-functional teams in the development of operational playbooks, best practices, and process alignment initiatives
- Understand business problems via data, and translate problems into structured project scope that directly drive actions that maximize revenue and business value
- Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams that includes Sales, Client Solutions, Operations and deliver educational content in a useful and appealing way to all stakeholders
- Engage in Sales enablement and client support activities to proactively assist in conversations that unlock revenue, and generate inbound insights on product & operational barriers
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years or above professional working experience (preferably in Advertising or Internet e-commerce industry)
- Excellent Project planning and Management skills: Ability to lead, support and run projects across the region by piloting new ideas, crafting roadmap and collaboratively deliver to achieve short and long term objectives
- Senior stakeholder management: Ability to work, communicate and socialize complex ideas with senior business leaders
- Cross-functional collaborations: Work with both external and internal cross departments like sales, category account managers, campaign teams, and marketing teams
- English and Korean language fluency is required as this role will be dealing with stakeholders and clients in the KR market and across global.
