• Design and architect cloud solutions that include storage, compute, networking, databases, container, and middleware services.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for cloud solutions, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and operational roadbooks.
• Collaborate with product development to ensure new features align with customer needs and industry best practices.
• Partner with the sales team to provide technical guidance and support during the sales process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends to continuously improve our service offerings and provide technical leadership and mentorship to new team members.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure design and architecture.
• Experience with designing and implementing solutions for storage, compute, networking, databases, and containers.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with container orchestration platforms, middleware or databases is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
