- Serving as an external product consultant to grow existing business partnerships and drive measureable results for clients, by sharing insights and solutions.
- Collaborating directly with product and engineering teams to resolve client challenges during campaigns.
Campaign Planning and Management
- Craft compelling sales propositions by leveraging internal and external data insights relevant to commerce verticals and challenges.
- Managing campaign timelines, assets, and optimization opportunities from start to finish.
- Coordinating with internal teams such as ad operations, product, R&D, and measurement to ensure smooth client journey e.g. onboarding, campaign execution, etc.
- Conducting post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field.
- 5 years of experience in e-commerce or ad sales marketing and development, or a sales-related support function.
- Adaptability and success in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce or retail industry, as well as digital media strategy, ad metrics, and platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Growth mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders.
