Responsibilities
- Create first-of-its kind opportunities to bring to brands for branded programming.
- Amplify TikTok's mission of inspiring creativity and joy through the creation of a varied slate of TikTok ownable monetization opportunities that pay off the business objectives of and drive results for our advertiser partners
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives to inform future monetization opportunities and to educate the market about editorial/content opportunities and thereby accelerating the overall growth of TikTok Business solutions.
- Generate revenue with these opportunities/sponsorship packages
- Forge partnerships across the user and B2B sides of TikTok, including Sales Operations, Product, Shops, Creator Solutions, Content Programming, Music, Brand Marketing, Business Marketing, and Sales to unlock the most strategic, innovative content solutions for TikTok advertisers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital media, brand partnerships, sales strategy, or business development.
- Proven success in pitching and closing high-impact sponsorships or integrated marketing solutions with senior brand and agency stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the media planning/buying process and advertiser decision-making cycles.
- Ability to build consultative relationships with top marketing decision-makers and turn business challenges into creative revenue-driving solutions.
- Skilled in translating client objectives into innovative, custom partnership opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the sports and entertainment landscape and how brands leverage cultural moments to drive growth.
- Experience creating and selling multi-platform or branded content campaigns (especially in creator-first or social-first environments).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze performance data and apply insights to improve future partnership solutions.
- Exceptional communicator with cross-functional teams and comfortable presenting to both internal and external senior stakeholders.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $212800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
