    About the team
    Driven by technology, promote monetization technology to achieve rapid and effective data compliance in the context of enhanced protection of global data, and build competitive privacy data protection product capabilities in the industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Building an advertising privacy and security data processing infrastructure for ultra-large scale and high performance data processing, mining, and online decision making;
    • Collaborate with senior technical experts with cross function teams to design advertising system-wide solutions for privacy data compliance policies in different regions, and promote the implementation of technical solutions on the ground;
    • Build a security compliance control system for the whole chain of advertising data (both offline and real-time) and continuously promote the upgrade of security compliance data architecture;
    • Develop technology development guidance white papers on privacy data protection compliance for advertising and monetization scenarios, and provide guidance for monetization technology daily product design and development;
    • Follow up and pre-research the most cutting-edge privacy data protection technologies and promote the implementation of new technologies in the direction of advertising data.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Solid technical background in back-end or big data processing, familiar with at least one of the directions of microservice architecture, data encryption technology, and big data processing framework;
    • Proficiency in one or more of JAVA, Spark, Flink, Hive, Kafka, Hadoop, Spring Framework and other concentrations;
    • With process optimization ideas, good communication skills, cross-team coordination, and the ability to manage the process and get the expected results;

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in the compliance field is preferred;
    • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA and other privacy data protection legal policies is preferred;
    • Good project management skills and cross-team communication and collaboration skills
