    Position summary

    utions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. The Contract Manager will be responsible for acting as an intermediary between GBS in France and Benelux and the Legal team.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Support GBS with any legal issues they may have in their day-to-day conversations with potential and existing clients (i.e. advertisers and advertising agencies) so as to empower them and help them achieve their ambitions.
    • In concrete terms, help GBS understand our contracts (e.g. NDAs, advertising purchase agreements) and policies (e.g. data privacy, code of conduct); provide them with regular training sessions on a variety of legal topics; interact with key clients to unblock situations when needed; ensure that GBS is aware and masters the resources, processes and templates which the Legal team makes available; etc.
    • Identify gaps and issues, and suggest improvements at all levels.
    • Work hand-in-hand with the other contract managers in the region.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Master in law, or equivalent level certification.
    • Very good understanding of contract law and data privacy (including GDPR).
    • Experience and interest in the advertising and/or the digital industries.
    • Exceptional organisational skills. Ability to manage and complete multiple projects at the same time, and to keep up with the fast pace of the business.
    • Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers.
    • Proactive, self-starter, solution-oriented, flexible with a strong work ethic.
    • Bilingual in English and French in order to communicate effectively with the business and stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
    • Experience working with international teams including Legal, Sales, Finance and Product.
    • Strong IT skills. At ease with databases, trackers and tools.
