Responsibilities
Develop the creator marketing curriculum to ensure TikTok creators have the resources needed to be successful on the platform.
Equip region teams with scaled educational programming including webinars and online certifications.
Partner with product, growth strategy, and product marketing teams to productize curriculum and badging, integrated into multiple products.
Grow a verticalized, diverse and stable supply of quality creators through scaled programs and education.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs and to modify existing programs.
Evaluate performance of scaled programs and iterate programs to maximize results.
Identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities.
Liaise with cross-functional teams for structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Education or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional two years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

Working with professional creators, identifying creator pain points and formulating creator education solution to solve the pain points;
Team management and business effectiveness evaluation;
Crafting curricula that empower creators to grow and monetize using data;
Collaborating with product, growth strategy, and marketing teams, to integrate educational content into product offerings using QR codes;
Managing large-scale and multifaceted educational programs and products across multiple regions using Culture Map framework; and
Analyzing and iterating the performance of scaled programs using SQL and data visualization tools.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $181750 - $297920 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
