    Position summary

    g creators, including high-touch support, growth planning, and LIVE-specific optimization

    • Cohort Identification: Analyze creator performance data to identify the ideal candidates for early-access feature pilots, ensuring a match between the product's goal and the creator's audience archetype.
    • Partner with our highest-impact gaming creators and publishers to integrate TikTok LIVE products into their core content strategy, and help translate content into successful LIVE formats
    • Build authentic rapport with creators to become a trusted advisor, ensuring you have the social capital to drive high-stakes shifts in content and platform behavior
    • Navigate escalations, account health, showcase opportunities with top gaming creators. Identify technical friction points or opportunities for top creators. You will translate their needs into actionable product requests to improve the ecosystem for everyone.
      Scaling Growth Programs
    • Take the blueprints from successful 1-on-1 creator collaborations and develop frameworks to scale those results across larger cohorts
    • Lead Growth Sprints designed to drive specific outcomes like increased streaming frequency, creator audience growth, community milestones, or feature mastery
    • Ensure that as programs scale, the quality of support and the level of creator trust remain high
      Impact & Insights
    • Define what success looks like for creator initiatives, tracking both quantitative performance metrics and the qualitative creator sentiment and
    • Translate creator feedback into actionable insights for internal teams, ensuring the platform evolves in a direction that serves the gaming community

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience in creator management, esports operations, influencer marketing, or publisher partnerships.
    • Proven track record managing top creators or talent with high visibility and complex needs
    • Experience building structured programs that move beyond one-off fixes into repeatable growth engines
    • Strong understanding of gaming culture, game economies, and seasonal content cycles
    • Demonstrated ability to execute fast-moving programs with measurable outcomes. Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize dashboards and creator metrics
    • Highly cross-functional, effective communicator, strong project ownership
    • Familiarity with LIVE ecosystems, monetization loops, or streaming platforms

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Track record of collaborating with Product or Engineering teams to launch new features, run pilot programs, or lead Alpha/Beta testing with high-visibility partners.

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75240 - $173280 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
