Responsibilities:
- Behavioral Growth Design: Develop and execute scalable growth frameworks by directly working with selected creators, analyzing creator archetypes, motivations, and the psychological drivers of their performance.
- Strategic Execution: Translate creator LIVE behaviors and leverage platform data sets into operational "playbooks" (timing, content formats, feature adoption) that shift creator behavior and drive measurable ROI.
- Influence & Monetization: Design and implement "Action Plans"-leveraging incentives, educational programs, and gamification-to accelerate monetization and content quality within your assigned cohort.
- Content Incubation: Lead content evaluation for your tier, identifying "what works" to create actionable case studies. You will design incubation programs that transform raw talent into platform icons.
- Community Architecture: Build and scale digital and physical community channels. You will ensure that communication with creators is not just a broadcast, but a feedback loop that fosters belonging and education.
- Metric Ownership: Own the "Health Score" of your cohort, including revenue growth, creator retention, and the "graduation rate" of creators moving to higher tiers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creator growth, business development, behavioral strategy, or community scaling.
- The "Growth" Mindset: A proven track record of scaling performance across diverse tiers or verticals-you know how to move the needle for 100 creators as effectively as you do for one.
- Analytical Depth: Proficiency in translating business problems into analytical solutions. You don't just report data; you tell a story with it and provide a solution.
- Ecosystem Expertise: A deep understanding of the LIVE streaming landscape, the creator lifecycle, and diverse monetization models (e.g., virtual gifting, e-commerce, subscriptions).
- Bias for Action: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects without losing sight of the strategic "big picture."
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strategic Empathy: High EQ with a natural ability to mentor and coach creators through their unique challenges.
- Trend Spotting: Direct experience in mobile entertainment with an intuitive grasp of emerging trends and ANZ-specific user behaviors.
