Responsibilities
- Growing and nurturing creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication.
- Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production diligence and increase creators' earning potential on eCommerce Platform.
- Organize activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of eCommerce policies both online and offline.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth.
- Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth.
- Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce related functions for creators.
- Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders both internally and externally
- Support all creator-related operational tasks when required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Fast learner and hands-on oriented-able to move things forward
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming
- Proficient in verbal and written Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred
- Experience in planning and executing training programs, webinars, or workshops
- Prior experience as a content creator is a plus
