- Assist in onboarding and supporting creators into affiliate live-commerce programs.
- Conduct 1 vs 1 creator management, including but not limited to: monitor performance, creator growth plan, assortment review, etc.
- Monitor creator performance metrics and help compile weekly/monthly performance reports
- Coordinate communication between creators and internal teams in compliance with department policies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 5 days a week for at least 3 months.
- Good understanding of TikTok Shop, E-commerce, TikTok content & trending. Especially TikTok livestream/ short video.
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and capable of self-directed study.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with creator/ influencers
- Passion for the creator economy, digital content, or e-commerce trends
