- Offer guidance on content and best practise to optimise monetisation, and provide 1:1 feedback on content
- Creator Engagement with Programs: Drive creator engagement programmes in Central, Regional, and Local programs, ensuring creators are well-informed and actively participating.
- Metrics and Product Adoption: Monitor and drive key partner management metrics and encourage product adoption among creators.
- Feedback and Opportunity Identification: Gather feedback from local creators, identifying opportunities and providing insights to enhance program effectiveness.
- Local Market Expertise: Serve as a local expert in understanding the nuances of working with creators in the UK.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to align strategies and achieve departmental goals. Support strategic partnerships and business opportunities with global Top Creators and Public Figures
- Make analytical and data-informed decisions to grow individual creators accounts and improve monetisation
- Manage in-app programming for campaigns, ensuring operational excellence across set up, execution and reporting.
- Liaise with XFN teams to improve processes and ensure smooth execution of features e.g. Search, ads, Nova
Qualifications
Required Qualification(s):
- Proven experience in creator management, partner relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- An interest and local knowledge of entertainment and fan content on TikTok
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the digital content landscape and creator ecosystems
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances
