- Growth Strategy Development: Create and deploy targeted operational playbooks customized to each creator cluster, including funnel design, LIVE conversion strategies, and gifting-based activation mechanisms.
- Scaled Operations: Manage and execute scaled campaigns across SV, behavioral, revenue, and content levers to qualify, activate, and advance creators according to their lifecycle stage.
- Performance Monitoring: Facilitate weekly performance reviews using dashboards and analytical reports; derive insights and continuously refine growth strategies.
- Process Optimization: Establish, document, and update SOPs to strengthen creator education, improve process consistency, and increase operational efficiency.
- Creator Showcase: Curate, document, and highlight standout creator achievements across internal, official, and marketing channels to motivate and influence the broader ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising & Marketing, Engineering, Audiovisual Production or a related field.
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, and documentation.
- Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in reading dashboards, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence creators and internal teams.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese, with strong verbal and written proficiency in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with creators within a digital platform, creator network, MCN, or marketplace environment.
- Experience designing or managing creator education, training, or onboarding programs, with an emphasis on scalable adoption.
- Background in talent management, community management, account management, or similar roles within the content creation ecosystem, entertainment industry, or O2O sectors.
- Understanding of the LIVE-streaming ecosystem, including operational workflows, platform tools, audience dynamics, and content best practices.
