- Support the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking.
- Support creator education and community management/engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking.
- Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase creator matchmaking and content improvement and contribute to creator growth&level upgrade .
- Collecting and organizing creator feedback, and assisting in producing reports or actionable insights
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Available to start immediately till the end of the year
- Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. And understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.
Preferred Qualifications
- Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
- Previous experience in influencer affiliate , content strategy, or e-commerce operations will be highly valued.
