- Act as the UK market expert for the product team, translating creator needs and industry trends into actionable insights that inform business direction.
- Analyse creator performance data, applying local market context to inform strategy, prioritisation, and business decisions.
- Partner closely with the Head of Sports to ensure strong portfolio management, effective business reviews, and clear growth plans that deliver consistent, measurable impact.
- Collaborate with the Sports Publisher Manager and the Sports Program Manager to support the growth of sports programmes on the platform.
- Support content acquisition efforts and lead onboarding for new creators, expanding content breadth and enhancing the overall user experience.
- Equip creators with the knowledge and tools to maximise TikTok's features, analytics, and best practices, driving stronger performance, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Support creators through end-to-end account management, resolving platform issues, handling verification requests, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.
- Drive creator engagement via international or local programs, ensuring creators are well-informed and actively participating.
- Engage and support creators at scale through effective community management and streamlined communication channels.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Proven experience working with creators, adapting strategies and delivering education to support audience growth and sustainability.
- Strong understanding of the sports landscape, including emerging social and platform trends.
- At least 5 years of experience across the broader media ecosystem, with a demonstrated track record in social media strategy and/or partnership and relationship management.
- Hands-on experience working with social media platforms, or deep knowledge of how creators and platforms collaborate to grow audiences and build sustainable business models.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage confidently with creators and cross-functional teams across global markets.
