- Responsible for the rollout of creator marketing products in designated sales regions, responsibilities include but are not limited to: deepdive into market demands, extract product unique selling points, formulate product promotion strategies. Accountable for the actual execution and business growth.
- Research and consolidate creator marketing strategies to form valid industry playbooks, educate markets of both demand and supply to increase awareness and impact.
- Collaborate with various internal teams (PM/RD/DS) to facilitate product revamp, collect and search for key market demands, sort out priorities, and output MRDs for product development or optimization.
- Coordinate internal company resources to develop new cooperation models or sales policy to facilitate product selling. Push forward new workflows to enable scaled growth.
- Build and refine data systems based on business objectives and product development, and guide project decisions through data analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or related operations in the advertising industry, preferably with an overseas background.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and data analysis capabilities. Able to quickly grasp core information and key points, identify risks and issues, and drive stakeholders to resolve problems and achieve goals.
- Strong learning ability, self-motivation, adaptability, and a global perspective. Capable of seamless communication with global organizations, achieving consensus, and promoting cooperation.
- Good English communication skills, preferably using English as the working language.
