As the ID E-commerce Scalable Creator Team, we drive Affiliate growth by leveraging data driven operations and massive outreach to boost active creator scale across SV and LS. We build a thriving ecosystem through structured education programs that empower creators with essential skills, while fostering communities that amplify collective success and knowledge sharing.
- Creating an H5 landing page with internal tools to attract creators to join campaign
- Utilize promotion tools with creative plan to incentive creators to be active and backend system configuration
- Able to conduct social listening to identify trending issues/topics around affiliate marketing
- Participate in video & live content creation, from planing to execution to generate educational content
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate students for Bachelor degree
- Have a certain understanding of e-commerce, and quite sensitive to content/marketing
- Good communication and teamwork skills, a high sense of responsibility and self-driving
- Good logical thinking and imagination, with the ability to learn new things quickly and be patient
- Good Excel knowledge [Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot table, etc]
Preferred Qualifications
- Being a KOL in main social media, which means getting to know the painpoints and having experience of being a creator
- Able to use design systems/tools such as but not limited to: Figma & other online design tools
- Able to demonstrate a design/content creation portfolio
