Responsibilities
- Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities
- Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both English & Bahasa Indonesia)
- Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination.
- Good analytical skills, communication skills, and team working skills;
- Able to work at least 4 days a week for at least three months
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused
- Thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages.
- Process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows.
- Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry is a plus.
