    Position summary

    Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.

    Responsibilities:

    1. For global talent, select and cultivate high-potential candidates with both front-end and back-end perspectives, exploring deeply in sales and business analytics within 12 months, and develop versatile business strategy experts
    2. Based on business development needs and company strategic direction, build an operational analysis framework and data infrastructure system for business health. Guide business direction through goal decomposition and process indicator system design.
    3. Conduct regular thematic analysis and project review for assigned work. Target key operational indicators and abnormal data for in-depth analysis, and output clear business improvement suggestions.
    4. Proactively identify core business needs and pain points, discover business opportunities, set reasonable goals, propose specific and feasible recommendations, and promote their implementation.
    5. Calculate, track, and review business goals, key product targets, and sales team assessment objectives.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
    2. Passionate about the internet industry and maintain great enthusiasm for internet digital marketing.
    3. Possess proactive learning awareness and strong learning ability, along with excellent logical thinking, innovation capability, keen market insight, and project management skills.
    4. Proficiency in English as a working language, with good communication skills, strong team collaboration ability, and the ability to influence and motivate others.
    5. High self-drive, resilience, curiosity about new things, and the ability to make judgments on complex matters.
    6. Be able to accept the company's job rotation plan.
