What You'll Do:

• Responsible for building up and managing the Global E-Commerce tech team in the US.
• Responsible for designing the architecture of technical solutions and providing technical support for engineers in the team.
• Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results.
• Define long term technical roadmap for the team.
• Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 5 years managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
• 5 years of large scale backend system development experience.
• Proven experience with Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proven communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in hybrid cross-platform development.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $337250 - $578550 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
