- Troubleshoot and proactively identify any issues involved in the distribution process between clients and distribution partners, ensuring all assets are delivered correctly and deadlines are met for clients and vendors.
- Communicate and respond to inbound requests from clients, digital service platforms and distribution partners.
- Assess and refine internal workflows and best practices to improve the client and distribution experience.
- Distill feedback and insights and form product development ideas. Justify the idea together with Product Managers team.
- Promote the product among its target users, monitor and analyse the usage, so as to improve the adoption rate and keep iterating user experience.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in an operational or supply chain role at a content or music distribution company
- Business level Japanese and English skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong problem-solving ability and technical understanding
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passionate about music
- Well-organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with DDEX, XML, and other metadata standards preferred
- Familiarity with third-party content management systems and programs including iTunes Connect, Spotify For Artists, and YouTube CMS
