    Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in following up on the execution of various campaigns of TikTok Shop, such as Category Campaigns, Brand Campaigns, etc.
    • Participate in online resource allocation, merchant communication, and marketing planning
    • Coordinate internal and external resources to promote the implementation of activities
    • Optimize the process management of the campaign SOP
    • Participate in the formulation of Campaign business planning, continuously gain insight into the performance of operations through data analysis and research, and provide support for business decisions
    • Participate in the design of campaign marketing gameplay, assist in project management, promote internal and external cooperation and overall implementation
    • Support cross-team communication of key modules of special campaigns, involving multi-team collaboration such as industry operations/experts/UG/product teams, assist in project management, and promote implementation

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master Degree
    • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer Fall 2026
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills
    • Sensitive to data, strong data awareness, proficient in Excel formulas, plus points for using design software
    • Strong internal and external communication, project management skills, strong self-motivation, and a sense of responsibility

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Graduating December 2026 onwards with the intent to return to the degree program after the completion of the internship.
    • Experience in e-commerce company-related activities and marketing
    • Master statistical tools
