The Shop Tab team focuses on driving sustainable GMV growth on TikTok Shop by optimizing how products are discovered and matched to users across search, feed, channels, and campaigns. The team improves core metrics such as conversion, AOV, and repurchase rate through data-driven strategies, campaign planning, seller incubation, and close collaboration with product and tech to enhance search relevance and recommendation quality.
Responsibilities
- Support traffic strategy optimization, user growth experiments, and related data analysis
- Work closely with stakeholders as a Campaign Executive to ensure smooth campaign execution, including promotion setup, creator sourcing, product delivery tracking, and cross-functional coordination
- Monitor real-time campaign/project performance and conduct post-campaign performance analysis
- Support to help Weekly Report Data Analysis
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled university student available to work full time
- Strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and formatting
- Highly motivated to learn about social commerce; proactive and enthusiastic
- Strong analytical skills with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools
- Collaborative mindset and openness to taking on new challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Data-driven, with strong sensitivity to data insights and performance metrics
