Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the governance of TikTok short videos or comment ecosystem, with a deep understanding of content, business data, and user needs, and the establishment of a governance evaluation framework.
• Analyze and identify new, complex, and high-impact content risks faced by the platform through a combination of qualitative analysis and data-driven methods, turning ambiguous signals into clear problem statements and measurable goals.
• Explore and apply large language models (LLMs) and other AI techniques to enhance content understanding and risk identification, and translate model insights into scalable governance strategies and operational workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
• Fast learner who is self-motivated and results-oriented
• Strong logical thinking, with a passion for exploring the root causes of problems and solving them systematically
• Strong content comprehension ability, excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI/large model project/internship experience, experience with content products for both consumers and creators, and a strong interest in and frequent use of overseas content products
• Data Skill : Proficiency in SQL and report generation
• Ability of content analysis and data analysis
• Good sense and understanding of ecosystem and content
• Responsible and tenacious, can turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions; long-term value oriented.
• Create Basic Reports and Visualizations: Develop simple reports and visualizations to present analysis findings and trends, with guidance from experienced team members. Ensure information is clear and supports team decision-making.
