Responsibilities

• Manage TikTok Academy content operations to maintain platform and globalize content
• Upload, update, and manage learning content files on learning management system (LMS) across different locales
• Build learning paths, create content pages for courses, webinars, videos, playbooks, and events on LMS
• Coordinate with cross functional and global teams to acquire learning content assets including course assets, cover art, source files, content descriptions, and translated content
• Build, optimize, and document SOPs for management and maintenance of LMS and localization process
• Provide global technical support and troubleshoot issues across the LMS, content management system, and webinar platforms for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience in operations, advertising, marketing, or scaled education
• Technical experience in managing learning management systems and content authoring tools
• Ability to accommodate international work hours

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $85000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
