Team Intro/ about the role
The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV. Our Search Operations team includes: Global E-Commerce team, Search Evaluations team, Model Data team and Recommendation team.
The new Group Leader will be responsible for growing and scale large teams via internal development mechanism, and manage a group of team leaders with a variety of experience levels. The group leader will also maintain customer relationships, improving response and delivery times as well as increasing the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.

Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred.
-Minimum 3 years Leadership experience managing managers and scaled operations teams, within Trust and Safety, Search/ Tech or similar area.
-Solid experience of growing and scaling large teams in a fast paced environment and conducting strong quality management.
