rtunities and proactively implementing strategies to enhance the scalability of EU Live businesses. Ensure the flawless execution of growth projects for the EU LIVE Team, such as agency strategies.
2) Develop and refine processes and organizational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Ensure that key information is clearly communicated across teams. Act as a crucial liaison between teams in China and the EU, both within and outside the EU LIVE team. Collaborate with executive team members to define and prioritize business strategies, as well as monitor deliverables and results.
3) Assist creators and agencies in their growth by utilizing existing operation data for data analysis and business development assessments, and formulate relevant growth recommendations while implementing operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in guild or streamer operations, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate and collaborate across regions.
