    About the Role
    TikTok is seeking a finance business partner that will support our global monetization business. The new hire will be in charge of performing management reporting and rolling forecast, providing financial advice to the business team and improving business efficiency, among other responsibilities. This will be a high visibility role as you will supporting multiple international initiatives and senior leadership.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Brazilian and Southern Cone business teams and strategy teams, provide insightful and quality financial advice to supporting business.
    • Prepare managerial financial report and rolling forecast, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis.
    • Conduct budget control, involve in business operations and review project/contract applications.
    • Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks.
    • Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of FP&A, sales/category finance or related analytical experience. High growth tech start-up experience or advertising experience preferred.
    • Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis.
    • Exceptional data analytic skills. Familiarity with SQL preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
    • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • CPA, CFA, CMA qualifications preferred.
