    Team Introduction:
    The Finance BP - Global Products team aims to provide timely, accurate, and clear financial information, valuable observations and suggestions through factual financial analysis. They support the business team in improving operational efficiency, managing risk, and thus effectively allocating resources and making strategic decisions to achieve operational and financial goals.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Budget/forecast process optimization: optimize the financial model, cooperate with relevant teams, and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
    2. Assist in monthly and quarterly reviews: review and analyze financial variances in conjunction with business indicators, identify the sources of differences between budget and actual, regularly organize the output of monthly/quarterly reports;
    3. Assess cost efficiency on major cost items: deep dive cost efficiency analysis in major cost items, for instance, labor cost, seek opportunities to improve efficiency, and provide valuable and influential financial insights to support business decisions.
    4. Process and system optimization: Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks.
    5. Other ad-hoc projects supporting needs.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. A minimum of 5 years of working experience in FP&A or equivalent roles is essential.
    2. Exceptional communication skills, logical reasoning, collaborative teamwork, self-motivation, and critical thinking.
    3. Advanced proficiency in Excel.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Experience within the internet or TMT industry is preferred.
    2. Proficiency in using professional data analysis tools such as SQL and Power BI is preferred.
    3. Certificates such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
