The role involves participation in business pricing, cost and profitability evaluations, and contract and scheme reviews to strengthen financial risk control, while continuously optimizing workflows, data standards, and analytical efficiency through advanced tools and systems. This position offers direct involvement in key projects, broad exposure to the overseas payment business, overseas travel opportunities and a collaborative team culture.
Main Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize monthly management reports to reflect business performance accurately.
- Conduct business analysis, organize monthly reviews, and provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts, analyze budget-actual variances, and support business planning.
- Participate in product pricing (payment rates, SEA e-wallet services), conduct cost-profit analysis, and deliver feasibility reports.
- Optimize workflows, unify data standards, and enhance analysis efficiency via tools like SQL.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimally 5 years working experience in management reporting, financial analysis, and budget management.
- Proficiency in payment pricing, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, contract review, and financial risk control.
- Strong logical thinking, numeracy, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese stakeholders based in Chinese-speaking markets and the need to review documents in Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the payment industry, particularly in acquiring or e-wallet businesses.
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner, including contract review, procurement approval, and fund scheme evaluation.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CMA.
- Proficiency in data and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, or Tableau.
