Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the day-to-day operations of TikTok flash sale events.
- Oversee merchant onboarding, product audits, scheduling, and allocation of channel resources in line with established standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the SMB team to engage a diverse range of merchants and improve flash sale participation and effectiveness.
- Support inventory planning for flash sales and conduct analysis on merchant selection.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrates proficiency in data processing and analysis
- Possesses strong English proficiency and is able to use it effectively for workplace communication
- Able to commit to a full-time internship (5 days per week) for a minimum duration of 4 months
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively toward shared goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL and R
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency
- Experience in e-commerce, particularly in supply and assortment management
