Food Program Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and develop internal teams. Provide guidance, training, mentorship and coaching.
Strategic Planning: Evaluate, conduct root cause analysis and apply knowledge and solutions to complex food operations. Take initiative and build strategic and data-driven plans to optimize plans.
Program Management: Manage food cross-function projects and end-user satisfaction with data-driven analysis, insights and recommendations. Troubleshoot and systematically identify, change and develop programs across cross-functional teams. Apply research and operational experience. Develop and create policies, guidelines and processes.
Quality Control: Maintain, review and ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, ensuring consistency with data-driven measures.
Food Operations Management & Audit: Oversee and optimize operations, food preparation, inventory, staffing, scheduling, regional coverage and maintenance.
Resource Management: Manage and optimize budgets, procurements and resources based on current and future requirements.
Food Safety: Partner with the safety team and ensure food safety regulations, sanitation, health codes and all related matters are handled promptly.
Financial Management: Manage and optimize budgets, expenses and cost savings/investment measures that align with company optimization principles.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and program participants.
Brand & Risk Management: Evolve the program brand and mitigate risks or disruptions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with food programs; knowledge of catering service/vendor provider management and structure.
• Strong leadership, management, and coaching skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to travel 30%+
• Prior experience applying analysis and insights with data and hospitality principles to drive forward program goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in on-site catering management in technology companies with an ability to navigate different applications and platforms to drive data-driven solutions
• Strong risk and safety knowledge. Understands and ensures compliance with relevant regulations
• Prior experience with vendor management

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $160000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
