    Position summary

    e constantly work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness and sustainability of TikTok Shop's ecosystem, content and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the frontend development of Governance Service solutions for TikTok Shop.
    • Responsible for the development of scenarios like risk management, moderation, service-care and etc.
    • Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboards.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
    • Coding experience with a general purpose programming language (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript).
    • Experience with any major Javascript framework like ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, or equivalent.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
    • Enthusiastic about quality, design, and user experience.
