    Position summary

    r developing software to empower all small and medium businesses to succeed by building scalable platforms, seamless products and comprehensive solutions. In the next few years, while SMB revenue will be the significant portion of total ads business, as an engineering team, we also dedicate ourselves to solving challenging but interesting problems in a more scalable and innovative way through advanced software architecture, engineering practice and cutting-edge algorithms. At the same time, we closely work with strategies, data scientists, product managers, operations and sales teams. Diversity in skills, culture and background is our source of power.

    We are looking for engineers who are passionate about innovating, creating and evolving scalable and reliable software, architecture and technical solutions to systematically and aggressively enable our SMB customers' success and grow our company's revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsibilities include front-end development for related platforms and products
    • Promote and optimize the infrastructure and component abstraction of existing front-end components
    • Help product improvement, including technology update, user experience, and product

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Familiar with HTML/CSS, proficient in CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, etc., understand layout deeply, can implement common effects
    • Proficiency and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, EcmaScript 2015+
    • Proficient in at least one mainstream front-end frameworks, such as React, Vue, etc., deep understanding of hooks and component development
    • Familiar with front-end engineering, can use of one of the building tools such as Webpack, Rollup, Vite, etc.;
    • Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, ownership, empathy, honesty).
      Preferred Qualifications:
    • Have relevant experience in advertising, e-commerce and video industries
    • Pay attention to cutting-edge technology and have a spirit of exploration and innovation
    • Strong sense of business insights, data-driven mental model and thinking process and hands-on data analytics experiences.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145000 - $250000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
