    About the Team
    The success of TikTok's data business model hinges on the supply of a large volume of high quality labeled data that will grow exponentially as our business scales up. However, the current cost of data labeling is excessively high. The Data Solutions team is built to understand data strategically at scale for all Global Business Solution (GBS) business needs. Data Solutions Team uses quantitative and qualitative data to guide and uncover insights, turning our findings into real products to power exponential growth. Data Solutions Team responsibility includes infrastructure construction, recognition capabilities management, global labeling delivery management.

    We are looking for a highly capable data scientist to design, develop and scale our AI/ML solutions. You will be understanding the business requirements, researching and designing ML models to empower XFN stakeholders with data insights and deliver real business impact.

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a Product Manager with a robust background in game design and development, combined with experience in data-related fields, user growth, and product management within gaming, incentive and rewards, or blockchain industries. This role requires a visionary leader who has transitioned from a technical developer role to a strategic product management position, capable of utilizing gamification to significantly enhance user engagement on our labeling platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Game Design and Development Expertise:
    • Apply your extensive experience in game design and development to create engaging, interactive elements seamless into the labeling platform.
    • Ensure that game mechanics are designed to be intuitive, enjoyable, and effective at increasing user engagement and retention.
    1. Collaborative Development and Integration:
    • Work closely with developers to ensure that gamification elements are effectively integrated into the platform.
    • Leverage your previous developer background to communicate effectively with technical teams and contribute to discussions on product architecture and design.
    1. Performance Metrics and Optimization:
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement and gamification efficacy.
    • Continuously analyze performance data to optimize gamification strategies and achieve targeted growth outcomes.
    1. Stakeholder Engagement and Management:
    • Regularly update and engage with stakeholders about the progress, impact, and future direction of the gamification initiatives.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering Graphic Design or a related field.
    2. Significant experience as a Product Manager, with direct experience in user engagement within the gaming, incentive and rewards, or blockchain industries.
    3. Initial career experience as a developer, with a strong understanding of technical challenges and software development processes.
    4. Extensive experience in game design and game development, with a proven track record of creating engaging game mechanics and features.

    Preferred:

    1. Experience with crowdsourcing platforms or community-driven projects is a plus.
