- Drive alignment between sales and core cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales Operations and Ad Operations.
- Identify and drive revenue org productivity and efficiency improvements.
- Work with strategy on annual budgeting, and monthly/quarterly tracking and insights areas of deviations and recommendations.
- Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of the business including (but not limited to) forecasting, pipeline development, training, certifications, hiring, performance management, collaboration, teamwork, and best practice sharing.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership & management experience
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, either in the media buying and/or selling side
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding large sales revenue & P&L goals
- Strong analytical, sales and strategic planning background
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills
