Responsibilities:
Owner of TikTok's automated targeting solutions as well as advanced detailed targeting products.
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's Targeting and Audience products.
Develop thought leadership around key product launches and respond to industry developments, partnering closely with the Global Business Marketing team
Develop programs that enable uptake of attribution solutions, identify blockers to implementation and work cross functionally to resolve these
Partner closely with the Sales and regional PMM teams to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.
Communicate the value proposition of new Targeting and Audience products to all stakeholders and ensure that effective collateral and packages are created.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $244889 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
