    About Our Team
    The System Strategy & Operations team within our Monetization Strategy & Operations organization is responsible for driving product adoption, user satisfaction and loyalty of our transaction platform, building relationships with regional cross-functional teams, managing market voice, and influencing the Product team with market feedback & insights.

    About This Position
    The System Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Global Transaction Product Operations Manager to join us.
    The role will focus on transaction products - client incentive pillar. You will work with the product team, sales department, finance team and other cross-functional teams to develop and activate transaction products that include client incentive, payment, billing, collection and contracts.
    The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong global business acumen, a passion & vision for transaction systems, strong digital advertising and product positioning skillsets, exhibit excellent problem solving & analytical mindset and communication skills, be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and have strong leadership to drive impact across cross-functional teams for the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Own Product Operations for an internal transaction product focused on client incentives
    • Lead quantitative and/or qualitative inbound initiatives such as customer persona understanding, opportunity sizing, customer feedback analysis, and competitor intel to represent the market and address market needs holistically with product teams
    • Define go-to-market strategy and oversee execution and operation against the strategy; design and lead alpha/beta testings to capture early-stage insights for product innovation and fine-tuning
    • Foster cross-functional relationships and collaboration globally to form product strategy, vision, and roadmap backed by market insights
    • Support outbound efforts and sales activities to drive product adoption by feeding tactics such as sales enablement, marketing content production, training development etc.
    • Address both internal and external users' escalated product queries and can empower our 1st-front customer service team to address these product queries in a systematic and scalable way

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree
    • 5+ years of working experience in the digital marketing, transaction, or internet industries with Product Operations responsibilities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge and experience working in transaction and client incentives
    • Experience working with product teams and influencing the product roadmap of transaction products
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple global teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills, with an ability to build strong compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences
    • A fast learner with a good sense of judgement and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
    • Overall planning and coordination abilities, proven experience to work proactively, while being willing to accept challenges
    • Excellent project management and process management ability

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $244889 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
