Responsibilities
- Support with Market Policy Research - Support in gathering and summarising e-commerce regulations and industry trends across SEA and global markets.
- Support Policy Documentation & Communication - Help draft, localise, and organise user experience strategies documents. Assist in preparing internal data and analysis.
- Conduct Data Checks and Support Analysis - Assist with data checks, and support deep-dive analysis to identify eligibility trends, uncover root causes, and contribute insights that inform user experience improvements and strategies.
- Review and Escalate Edge Cases - Assist with reviewing real cases to uncover customer insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams and help coordinate discussions when needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Proactive mindset with curiosity to learn about new product categories and business dynamics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across multiple teams and regions.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Familiarity with e-commerce user experience landscapes in APAC is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
